We have two exciting things happening this weekend:
- The WS from class is due on Monday. I provide the following hints for you:
- A median goes through a vertex and the ___________ of the opposite side. That's two points. Find the slope, find the equation of the line.
- An altitude shows the distance from a vertex to the opposite side. Therefore, an altitude must be ______________ to the opposite side. Also, it must go through the vertex.
- A perpendicular bisector is also _______________ to the side. And, it must go through the ____________ of that side.
- DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF OUT OF THE PRACTICE BY LOOKING AT THE ANSWERS. But, when you're ready for them, they are here.
